Phase 1: SKW Private Sale (Completed — $600,000 Raised, 12M SKW Tokens Sold)

Following the formation of Skew Labs SA, our Swiss development firm, we successfully completed the Private Sale round, raising $600,000.

Participants continue to receive an exclusive 18% Annual Percentage Rate (APR), from the close of the Private Sale until 1 year after the Token Generation Event (TGE).

Phase 2: Early Adopter Round (Target: $2,880,000 — 48M SKW Tokens)

A total of 48 million SKW tokens are available at $0.06 each during the Early Adopter Round, with a target raise of $2,880,000. These Early Adopter tokens are primarily tied to Skew Membership Tier Levels, giving participants access to exclusive benefits and rewards before the public launch.

Before the public sale begins, we will:

• Open Skew Membership Tiers
• Release the Skew Debit Cards
• Launch the Skew Points Gift Card Marketplace

This ensures early adopters can experience some of Skew’s real-world benefits ahead of the wider public rollout.

Phase 3: SKW Public Offering (Target:  — 50M SKW Tokens)

Scheduled within 3 to 6 months after the Early Adopter Round, the public sale will take place during the final beta testing phase. Our goal is to release the full Skew protocol immediately after the public sale concludes.

Phase 4: Launch of the Skew Lending Protocol

Following the public sale, we will officially launch the Skew lending/borrowing feature that connects lenders and accredited borrowers directly, using crypto or traditional funds.
